The Peak Parksuites to rise soon in Davao City
ANCHOR Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) targets to launch their first condominium towers outside Metro Manila in Davao City within the year which will be called The Peak Parksuites.
ALHI is a real estate developer of luxury condominium units in Metro Manila. Some of their projects include Monarch Park Suites in Parañaque, Princeview Park Suites in Binondo, Manila, Oxford Parksuites also in Binondo, One Logistics in Pasay, and One Soler in Manila among many others.
According to ALHI President Elizabeth Ventura, they are going to immediately launch The Peak Parksuites after they had acquired their license to sell from the city government of Davao. Within two months after the launching, the groundbreaking will also follow.
The condominium property will be a 2-tower development with the west tower consisting of 39 floors and the east tower 36 floors. It will be strategically located at the heart of Davao City, just along Roxas Boulevard and C.M. Recto Avenue.
The Peak Parksuites is expected to be around 140 meters from Marco Polo Hotel, 500 meters from Ateneo de Davao University, 800 meters from the University of Mindanao, and about 1.5 kilometers from Gaisano Mall of Davao.
“There’s growing employment in the city. And demand on a dwelling place for students and even people from other towns coming to Davao, even migrants and foreigners had gone up. There is actually a shortage of accommodation.
This Peak Parksuites becomes the solution or alternative for long-term rentals and also upgrade of the families who are staying in apartments now. This is an upgrade of lifestyle,” Ventura said.
The Peak Parksuites is targeted towards expats and businessmen, students, tourists, and household renters and families. The condominium features studio units, 1-bedroom units, and 2-bedroom units. “The sizes range from 21 square meters (sqm) to 25 square meters (sqm) for the studio and 1-bedroom units. For 2-bedroom units, it ranges from 50 sqm to 54 sqm,” she said adding the ground floor will be for commercial use to complement the daily needs of the occupants.
“We’re looking into investing into other non-residential projects in Davao also. We’re studying the master plan of the city and we’re also in coordination with the City Council on how we can complement the plan of the city,” said Ventura.
